NY - 2 Railroad Ave, Victor - 4/5/24

Unfortunately I was rear-ended, no fault of my own. I thought this whole incident was going to be a big headache for me going through the person at fault's insurance and getting my car repaired. I chose Gerber Collision in Victor because they had repaired a car for me when "A deer hit my car" and did a beautiful job, it looked brand new when they were finished with the repairs. This time I am even more impressed because they literally took care of everything. Keeping the other insurance company informed with initial cost and additional cost once they started the work, they had a rental car lined up for me that picked me up when I dropped off my car for repair, they called Enterprise to pick up the rental car I dropped off when when my car was complete. So the customer care was an 11 out of 10, thank you Michelle! With all that ... being said, they also did an amazing job on fixing all the damage, and the repainting the areas that they needed to, also an 11 out of 10!!! I was kept informed as to everything going on with parts coming in, and the timeline for completion, which I totally appreciated, as well as his kindness throughout the entire process, thanks Will! I could not be any happier with the entire process and outcome of my car repair, 11 out of 10!!! Thank you to all the people in the shop. It's the people that make or break a business. The Horseheads location has the right people in the right positions. Jason has very good customer service skills and is the first person that answers the phone or you see when you walk in the door. He is the ideal person for that position. Brian is the manager and is also the ideal type of person that you want in that position. I had a situation where a different facility did subpar work and the people at the Horseheads Facility assured me that they would "make it right". They handled a difficult situation and "made it right" for the customer. Based on my experience with Brian and Jason, I would recommend the Horseheads Gerber Facility to anyone.

I was blown away by the Showroom Clean Interior and the car looked brand new off the lot. I'm Extremely Satisfied with All the repairs! My only question is, did the stag live on to chase another female, or did he die from his neck injury? I will never know? He was MIA from the scene when I went back to look. He hit me like a Bullet! I highly recommend this location for your automotive experience. I was in a collision and I thought the repair was something minor, but after their thorough inspection I needed much more. This caught me by surprise but they gave me a detailed billing report, and I can see the difference in my vehicle from the before and after mechanically. I feel safe, and satisfied with their services.

The technician and the staff were incredibly professional, respectful and helpful. The amount of work they did on my car was tremendous and they took extra steps to make sure the whole front of the car looked sharp, not just the impacted side. I genuinely appreciate all the effort and consideration they took while taking care of my vehicle.

Picked up my jeep on 2-27-24 and I'm blown away by the incredible job done repairing it. Looked just like when I bought it years ago, excellent job. Even cleaned the inside which I'm so appreciative of, mom on the go all the time so it gets neglected. Staff is so nice and friendly and made my experience so easy going. Geico however didn't contact like they said they would so they didn't know I was coming but they didn't turn me away. Talked with me for a bit and went over the damage and made the arrangements for repair. Kept me in the loop via text as the work was being done. Everyone at this location is to be applauded for their kindness and hard work. I am an extremely happy customer.
