My experience with Gerber Collision & Glass in Fairport was nothing less than fantastic. The unlucky victim of a rear-end collision, I initially thought that the damage was quite minor. However, a careful examination revealed it to be a good bit more serious than it appeared. And...it initially got worse. After I took my car to the folks at Gerber Collision, the supervisor called to ask me to go in and view what damage was uncovered once they began to remove necessary body panels. I did not like what I saw once things were uncovered. That experience, however, began a wonderful and ongoing collaboration as we discussed repair options and considered solutions that would give the best possible result.
