As a rite of passage in central New York, I hit a deer, or I should say a deer hit me. My insurance told me to take the car to Gerber. I had never heard of Gerber, so I didn't know what to expect. From the moment I dropped my vehicle off, the staff was so kind to me. They provided updates throughout the entire process, and they finished the repairs well before promised. When I saw my car, it looked brand new! and they even cleaned the inside! When my car was returned to me, I noticed a few issues and when I reached out, they told me they would take care of it right away. Thank you for your excellent customer service! The only complaint I have and it is minor, is that loaner vehicles should be available like some of your competitors...but it's no biggie, we made it work!

Matt replaced my head light assembly, told me it would be completed in about 30 mins. It took him maybe 10 mins to remove and replace my light assembly!!! Highly recommend Gerber collision to anyone! Staff was professional and proficient!!! Excellent work!!!

It was a calming that came over me as my car was brought to Gerber in Clarence NY. The voice over the phone was reassuring that day of the accident. Heather said "we've got this for you!" and they were phenomenal at updates and info & dealing with the Insurance carriers. I was even able to leave my car rental there for pick up and drive my own car home myself! Thank YOU Gerber! You deserve an award in my eyes!!!!

Great customer service, Ann explained every detail prior bringing the car to the shop . Brain kept up with the progress as the car was in the shop. Very fast turn around professionally done and professional customer service. At the end General Manager Lance spoke with me and made sure all is good . I would strongly recommend this shop to anyone. Even having a rental picked up there and drop was so easy. Thank you.

I am more than pleased with the experience I had with Gerber Collision. The young man at the front desk was very helpful and professional. Sydnie was excellent as well, very personable and professional and kept me updated. My vehicle looked amazing in the lot when I pulled in to pick it up, and when I got in I was even more surprised to find that it had been detailed and I had a full tank of gas! I was also very pleased with how well the rental process went with Enterprise. I was dreading dealing with being in an accident but dealing with Gerber made it stress-free and my vehicle looks brand new! I will recommend your company any day, Thank You!
