I always have a very positive experience with Gerber whenever I have needed repairs. Very prompt, easy to deal with (hometown feel), very thorough, remain in contact throughout repairs and the work is commendable. Never had to return it to have something touched up.

I was hit from behind w/ significant damage to my 2024 Hyundai Tucson. From the drop off of my vehicle at Gerber, to them taking care of my rental, to bi-weekly updates via text and phone, to pick up, they made it a smooth process. The staff were wonderful from the reception desk to the mechanic, who explained everything when I picked up the vehicle. Highly recommend Gerber (Greece).

One word, AMAZING. Had my truck in for a collision claim ( front end and side damage) the process was easy, the people working there were personable and professional and left me with no questions. The process took 5 business days which was less than they told me, and was updated via text during the whole process. When I picked up my truck I almost didn't recognize it, the thing looked brand new. Final surprise was not only was it detailed on the outside, the inside was detailed as well! Super happy with everything start to finish. I would recommend Gerber to anyone needing body work done. 5 stars for sure.
