Everything was excellent from the start. Greeted immediately upon arriving for my appointment then waited only about 5 minutes to get my estimate. My damaged car was in the shop less than a week. The car looks amazing. The work performed was second to none. Extremely pleased and recommend Gerber Collision to anyone needing a car repair.

Nikki and her team gave us excellent service on a 2026 Subaru where the hatchback was damaged trying to put on a bike rack. A car only a few days old was taken very good care of and was ready earlier than estimated. Very happy that the car looked brand new again. Also had a light replaced on a 2020 Toyota , not insurance related. Again, excellent service with great professionalism by Nikki and team. Thanks for very good friendly service.

This is the second time that I have brought my Tahoe to Gerber . The first time was a highly complicated collison repair. They were exemplary in ALL areas from the start and throughout the repair/reconstruction process. I was so impressed and when I required needed my bumper repaired, I did NOT hesitate to go back to Gerber! Absolutely flawless customer service and they are without exception skilled technicians. Thank you, Thank you !! Nicki was my go to person and sent me updates every step of the way!

Great job! I was amazed at all the communication from Gerber on my repairs. They texted me 11 times in 11 days and called me at least 5 times to give me updates on my vehicle. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I was impressed at how quickly the repairs were completed. Hopefully I won't get in another accident but if I do I will not hesitate to use Gerber. The SUV looked like it just came off of the showroom floor when I picked it up.

I was very satisfied with the whole experience. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and the communication was top notch. I received a text from the shop multiple times during the week to keep me up-to-date on their progress. The final product looked great, and you'd never know there was any collision damage. Great job!!
