Usually in most places you expect to wait 20 - 30 min. if not longer to be helped. I barely introduce myself at the front desk when Kris Sowders stepped forward to greet me. He was a very polite young man. He walked me to my car and said it would be ready in 30 min. I went to get coffee and had just finished my second cup when he called. Never have I experienced such prompt service. It makes your day brighter when you have people like Kris Sowders to take care of you. Because of my experience, I told at least 4 people that same day and recommended Gerber Collision & Glass to them. Keep up the good work Kris and Gerber we need more people like you in the world.
