My experience with Gerber was excellent, from the beginning to the very end. Every employee I spoke with was polite, professional, friendly, and knowledgable. Also, the entire process of getting my vehicle repaired was as easy as I could ask for. I did not have to wait very long for anything, either. Overall, I am very happy with the service I received at Gerber. I would definitely recommend Gerber to others, as well as return to Gerber in the future.

Brought my brand new truck in to the fix scratches and dents I put in the rear driver side door. I got estimates from 4 shops in Centennial Hills, and Gerber was the lowest. I elected to pay out of pocket and not to submit an insurance claim and they had an extra $100 coupon for that. My truck turned out beautiful... like it never happened! Everything turned out great and I saved at least $200 over the others. They also have a lifetime warranty like all reputable body shops. Go see Brenda, she is great.

I picked up y car a day early and it looked fantastic! I had stressed to Pat Quagliato that my concern was color and texture match, a new bumper and new taillight. He assured me all my concerns would b met. He provided the process that would take place to repair my car and baring any hidden damage I would have me ar returned by Friday. On thursday he called to say it was ready to go! Upon arrival it stood gleeming in out hot sun and needless to say it looked better then perfect, Color and texture match was exact, perfect, OUTSTANDING !!! Pat kept his word and I would never reccomend anyone or any place for repairs. Now I plan to have the hood repainted and a new windshild to do away with the stone chips on both. Thank You guys for a fantastic job, you took the pain out of a car accident.

Wayne was very helpful....always pick me inform about the repairs on the car....they are very professional and they care about us...my insurance told me had to take my rental car back ,and Wayne spoke to his supervisor and they pay for extra so I can keep the car one week more...Thank you Wayne and all the team for caring...Keep up this great work....Thanks Teresa

You did a good job but I dont understand how my back lift door was repaired and painted and why you could'nt paint over a spot that was about 2 inches up from the damage also that was not caused from the accident which wouldnt of been hard at all and also on the front of my suv where the bumper had to be replaced and painted also where you painted the whole left side and the front right and left and why it why you couldnt just touch up the right where ther was a little dent with paint missing even though it was not caused by the accident because you painted about 3 inches below it???? When i had body work and paint dont on previously damage vehicles other paint shops would do that with no problem. You got paid $3500 for the repair.

Excellent service! Personnel are very courteous, and knowledgeable. The repairs to the vehicle are like new! We were very impressed by the convenience, and availability of Enterprise Car Rental, since we were without transportation during the repair period.

it was the best service i had after i was rearended. I called them and they sent a tow truck that day to come get my truck. I was givin the run around by the insurance of the guy who hit me. After two weeks i called Geico and they sent Gerber Collision out to my house that day. Everyone was so nice and friendly.

Customer service was A-ONE. Professional, friendly and efficient staff from start to finish. I would especially like to commend Stan, Damage Control Manager, Joseph, Claim Adjuster for GEICO, LaQuisha, Enterprise Rental, and the wonderful, friendly with the best smile ever, and I apologize that I didn't ask her name, the front desk receptionist! Thank you to the whole crew. Keep up the great work.
