Never had I been to Gerber. State Farm's recommendation. My car was one ear old. They replaced the bumper and match the paint to perfection. The painter should get a raise. The job made my car look perfect again. I will tell everyone about Gerber. It is the best.

I am leaving feedback for Chris, who installed a new windshield for me about two weeks ago. He was very prompt, called when he was 15-20 minutes away (which really, really helps when you have crazy work hours!) and was very professional and kind. He explained everything he was doing with my car very thoroughly and finished the job in under an hour. I actually called back two days ago because I thought I had heard my windshield rattling, and he came back yesterday afternoon and spent time with me in the car driving to make sure everything was alright. I appreciate the service from someone who is performing a complicated service and doesn't make me feel like an idiot in the process! He's definitely a great asset to your team. Give the guy a raise; he's fantastic.

I can't believe how smoothly this repair went. Gerber Collision arranged for the rental car and they were there to pick me up early the morning I brought my car in for repair. When my car was ready for pickup I went to the car rental place (Enterprise) and they took me back to Gerber to pick up my car. This saved a lot of stress on me as I did not have to have someone pick me up both times and transport me to the site. As far as Gerber Collision - they did a wonderful repair on my car and they called me and told me what was being done during the week. I highly recommend this company. Everyone from the receptionist to manager was very helpful and respectful. This holds true for Enterprise Rental Car also. g

Excellent customer service. Ashley made the whole process easy. She was right on time with everything. I had no extra down time due to Gerber. I was in and out very quickly. I received my car back when promised. Ashley was even willing to wait a few minutes after closing, so I could get there after work. Repair was amazing. Looked like it did, when I drove it off the lot. Thank you Ashley for everything!!

Wow! My wife and I were so impressed with Gerber! Our VW Jetta was rear-ended causing damage to the trunk, tail light, and bumper. The folks at Gerber were so attentive and kept us in the loop during the entire process with progress reports. The repaired, replaced and repainted with perfection! We were very impressed with all of the people who work at Gerber. Thank you!
