Outstanding service from Tina and Danielle! I can't say enough good things about Tina and Danielle. They truly went above and beyond to help me with my 2019 Infiniti Q50S. From start to finish, they made the entire experience as easy and stress-free as possible. They made sure everything was taken care of, and when the work was completed, they even went the extra mile to make sure my vehicle was taken care of if anything came up afterward. The customer service is top notch! All staff were very friendly and accommodating. The office is very busy and fast paced at times, but they are very efficient and stay on top of your needs. I am very impressed with the quality repair work done on my Mercedes Benz and the short period of time it took to do a fairly complex repair job. And to top it off, Gilberto was genuinely involved in each step of the process and was patient and helpful from start to finish. Gilberto kept me in the loop every step of the way.
