Great experience from receptionists thru pick-up. Aaron S was professional, caring and informative. They even gave me a ride home after dropping off my vehicle. Jose was extraordinarily pleasant & polite. Kept me informed as to the status of the repair. Thought my car looked better than when I bought it. Would recommend this location without hesitation.

I am always a little apprehensive going to get any type of car work done and cautious of being "taken advantage of". From the first call, through the estimate, drop off and final pick up, BK was professional and reassuring. A first class auto body shop. The cleanest auto body shop that I have ever seen! I'm from the North Shore of Boston, MA and there are few shops in this area that can begin to compare. Kathleen and BK were professional yet very pleasant and accommodating. The estimate by BK was fast and right on, with no additional surprises. The shop had my vehicle for only one day, after the parts had been received. Everyone was very helpful and went out of their way to make my experience with Gerber very pleasant. I would definitely give Gerber 5 Stars. They are extremely customer friendly, their workmanship is beyond compare and they stand behind their work.. All of the staff we dealt with went out of their way to answer any questions that we had. We noticed a little flaw in one small area. We brought it back to them and without any hesitation, immediately took it into the shop to buff. Naples is extremely busy this time of year. We expected that we would have to bring it back in after making an appointment. Obviously we were pleased that they took care of it right away. Thank you to all the staff at Gerber's Naples Florida.
