I can't say enough how pleased I was with my experience with all the staff at this location as well as the quality of work of their technician(s). From the minute I walked in the office the receptionist greeted me promptly and with a smile, the gentleman that came out greeted me nicely. We walked outside to my car, where he explained the process and asked my preference in communication and gave me an expected finish date. After I received my rental car , during the days after, I received updates on a regular basis. When I picked up my car, I happened to run into another worker outside who was just as pleasant and helpful explaining where I could park the rental car and pointed to where my car was. I went into the office and again had another great experience with both staff members. The quality of the repair work on my car is excellent. ... It looks beautiful again and the car was spotless! Thank you so much for the most professional, friendly, easy experience in getting my car serviced. The staff was super kind and courteous and extremely efficient. Also, they worked on the car as if they were working on their own cars. It shows in how it looks and runs. When their was a delay in getting parts, the office staff coordinated flawlessly with the rental car place so I didn't have to do anything to get the rental car extended. I would like to especially acknowledge these individuals who directly serviced my car and my requests: Jose, Devin, Meghan, Frank, Brad, and Clayton. I will definitely recommend you as often as I have the opportunity.

This is a follow up to add to my first feedback. I can not express enough how amazingly fantastic the staff and work quality produced at that store is. . I have had a steady stream of neighbors and their friends and families down here visiting come over to see this car over the past 2 weeks.. I wish when I owned my business I was blessed to have a complete group as you do. WOW the customer is cutting way short. My last feedback I wrote that my car looked as if it just rolled off the assembly line....Far better than that. Ernie...Danielle..Mark.., Steve AND your detailer are truly dedicated to their positions. The final appearance of my car is undoubtedly show quality and I intend on keeping it that way. Danielle, Ernie, Mark, and Steve did a remarkable service to me on my vehicle. Danielle took over from what was lemons and made sweet lemonade out of it. Marks body work is extraordinary as is his work ethics...same for Steve on his paint work. My car was returned to me and it looked like it just rolled off the assembly line. To express my gratitude and appreciation is hard to put into words in this limited space. You have a winning team there that functions as one. I posted the after results of the repair on line and had over 100 positive responses. I had to push people back to get to the car they were so impressed , as am I.
