I was in an accident and I was told to bring my car to this Gerber by the other persons insurance, I won't say which one it was but it started with an E and ended with "surence". So I brought my car here and Jason did the quote and he was super nice and professional. It took about 8 days to do the work and they kept me informed where they were with it the whole time. When I went to pick up my car Stephanie was at the front desk to help me, when she called the other persons insurance they said that they "never accepted liability" even though they okayed the work to be done and the payment for it. Well at this point I could have been screwed and have to pay for it myself except that Stephanie refused to let that happen. She stayed on the phone until they let her speak to a supervisor and wouldn't stop until they agreed ... to pay. I had to leave while they figured it all out but Stephanie, Amanda and Megan all helped immensely and were super friendly! The next day enterprise called me to tell me that the other insurance refused to pay for the rental car, when I called Gerber Stephanie let me know that Gerber itself opted to pay for the rental! That's amazing! The service here really is amazing! And besides all of that all the work done was perfect! I am really glad that I was sent here and would definitely use their service again, I really appreciate all they've done for me!! read more

This was my 1st visit to this facility. All people I came into contact with were absolutely wonderful and professional. Service was outstanding. I will recommend this facility to everyone I know if they need any body work etc. for their car. They kept me well informed as to the repair status and when my car would be ready. They exceeded my expections.

No Ins. Co. was involved. I am giving 5 stars because: 1. Reception girls were great - they immediately made me feel at home - It seemed that they were very happy to meet and see me thus making me also happy. 2. The estimator Lucy was equally great. She gave me a feeling as if I am talking with my sister. 3. The work done was equally great, could not have been better. 4. Because I was paying from my pocket, they gave some discount too.

From start to finish the staff was professional and courteous. My vehicle was ready in the estimated time frame and more importantly you would never know my vehicle had been in an accident. Beautiful work. The warranty on all work done is a great plus, especially after being so stressed due to an accident. I have already begun sharing my experience with family and friends.
