If I could give this place (and staff) more stars, I would! My alternator decided to go out as I was driving home on December 30th. I had my son in the car and coasted into the parking lot of Gerber. I knew that this was a collision & glass place, but thought they would maybe be able to help me even if it was just calling a tow truck. Stephanie at the front desk was amazing. She was so nice and friendly, especially to a flustered mom with a very active 2 year old! She spoke with her manager, Ron, and despite him being EXTREMELY busy with end-of-the-year work, he went out to my car, knew immediately it was my alternator and told me that he would make an exception to help me out and see if he could get the parts in and get my car finished before the end of the day. Can't say enough about them. Needed the car within 30 days and they originally predicted 65 days. Jason moved heaven and earth and got it to me in 33 days. This was very important as I need the car really badly for family reasons. The work was spectacularly good. The service was first rate on the part of all the personnel - receptionists, workmen, managers. I used the one year warranty to get a couple of minor things fixed after the service. Nothing major at all - one missing screw and a slight rattle in the exhaust. - that was all after a &17,000 repair job. Was done the same day with no hassles or attempts to deny the claim.

Everyone in the office was wonderful. I was kept up-to-date on the repairs. The repairs were completed on time. Enterprise being in the office was super convenient. The van was returned with no sign of the accident AND the inside was cleaner than when I dropped it off. It has been years since the new car smell was in my car!
