I made arrangements to drop off car for necessary repairs. When I arrived they were ready to receive me. Cup of coffee was provided which was a nice touch. Also, I recvd some complementary tickets to Railcats baseball game tgat they were giving out. All staff from start to finish were professional and made sure I understood everything and provided excellent customer service. I was even given ride to Enterprise car rental after rental company didn't come to pick me up. I appreciated them for this. I appreciated overall visit and will recommend to family and friends.

i came in to get an estimate on damage to my front end bumper. Tim gave me a written estimate he was courteous and profeesional and recognizing I did not have a way home he had One of the workers named Mark drive me back to my home since I did not use a rental car. Mark was very pleasant and a gentleman. I was pleasantly surprised that my car was ready so soon and aside from a new bumper my car was shiny and clean. Would gladly recommend Gerber in Munster, IN

I was really impressed out how good my car looked when I picked it up!! I wasn't expecting anything to go wrong, but I guess you can say that the work and friendliness of the employees exceeded my expectations!!. The staff were very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. My repairs were completed well ahead of the date promised, and Gerber kept me informed as the process moved forward. I was very pleased with how my car looked and performed when the repairs were finished; the technicians were very skilled. It was like getting a new car. Gerber also worked well with my insurance company. The whole experience was outstanding.
