The Munster location is great, the employees are wonderful, i have used them twice unfortunately.... Both times, they did a terrific job putting my car back together , friendly and forth coming, i have reccommended them in the first and second trip there, i tell everyone how good they are!! The entire experience, from point of entry to my exit was nothing less than professional. The entire staff was very friendly, embracing, and accommodating to my needs. My vehicle was fixed In a timely manner and was thoroughly cleaned inside out. I am not sure if the receptionist whom attended to me, but she was extremely helpful and adamant. I really appreciate Gerber Collisions business and would recommend ANYONE to this establishment. Thank you for your time.

The whole front staff was awesome, especially George. He went out of his way to make sure my car was perfect. Kudos to the body tech Tom & painter Tim. My car looks brand new. Also the detailer, mark, car was cleaner then when I bought it. Would recommend them highly.

Absolutely the most pleasant professional staff I have ever encountered within a collision/auto body environment . I am 61 years old and admittedly been in a few situations where my car required auto body repairs. My initial contact with the shop manager was awesome (he made me feel that he actually enjoyed conversing with me LOL) and every singe individual I interacted with employed by Gerber was fantastic, their customer service was off the charts. Then I get my car wow and it's impeccable looks and feels brand new. I could really go on and on..... I will always remember my outstanding Gerber experience and any & everyone I know who seeks auto body services will be given a resounding recommendation to go to Gerber Collision & Glass. I have brought my car there several times and each time the service is professional and they always have my car done earlier than originally quoted, which I really like! I also love receiving the text message updates on the status and progress of my car. Great job Munster team yet again!
