Excellent staff and service! Receptionist is very nice, informative and patient! Darren is very knowledgeable and caring about his customers. He always kept us informed and updated about every step of our vehicle. The repairs were completed in a very fast time frame. Much, much sooner than expected and they did a great job.

We are from Mississippi and are here in NC working with Duke Energy on hurricane Helene. My rear blinker bulb went out and I was in a panic due to how much we use it while driving and assessing damage with the large amount of traffic that we are in daily. I was heading to the Honda place next door and missed the turn and ended up at Gerber's. A young man was outside taking a picture of another car with damage. We told him our predicament and he had us fixed up and out of there in less than five minutes. He was very knowledgeable, skilled, and so kind. I wish we had more people in the world like him. Thank you sooooooo much, y'all are the best! It was such a small thing for y'all but a really big issue for us. Y'all are the GOAT!!!!!

Great Job! I cannot tell my Jeep Wrangler was "ran into" by a wonderful deer. The workman ship and paint repair were great. I will definitely use them again if needed.

I hit a deer with my 2016 frontier I took it to Gerber they were very friendly and went above and beyond what I expected my truck looks better than before I hit the deer I had to have 1 headlight replaced they buffed out my other headlight free of charge the paint matched perfectly. They even cleaned my floor mats I would definitely recommend Gerber if there was a option I would give them more than 5 stars

After a deer hitched a ride on the hood of my car I took it to Gerber to be repaired, all of the employees from checking in to picking up my car was very professional and polite. They would call me every day with a update on the progress and if something came up they were quick to give me a call and let me know. When the repairs were complete you couldn't tell that anything happened to the car. I was very pleased with the outcome and would definitely recommend them to anyone.
