The office staff was friendly and supportive with frequent status update and information about the repair process. Kacy was able to answer any questions I had. She worked seamlessly with my insurance to get the repairs assessed, and completed quickly. The repair process was completed ahead of the estimated date and the results are fantastic. I am very pleased with the results and Gerber in Mooresville has earned a customer for life.

Thank you to the front office staff for making this a pleasant experience. They took care of a few issues that arose from the insurance company. They also cleaned my vehicle inside and out, which was icing on the cake. also, a big thanks to Kacy for keeping me updated while my truck was being repaired.

If I could give more stars, I would. Every person I dealt with was so helpful and kind. Kacy B. in particular, did such a GREAT job on keeping me updated as to the status of my car. A big thank you to all of them for a job well done. While it is not fun to have your car damaged, if I ever need someone to fix my car again it will definitely be Gerber Collision. Even if you weren't going to ask for feed back, I would have given it anyway. Your service and work is just the most friendly and professional I have ever experienced and you have the extra added convenience of an Enterprise Rental office right next door, who are equally nice to work with. How much better can that be?? I have a 14 year old Mercedes S430 sedan that is precious to me (I think it's a classic) you treated my repair as if it were brand new and now it's just as beautiful as new. Gerber did an amazing job repairing my vehicle. They provided me with a fast turn around . My vehicle came back cleaner than I left it. It looks brand new. Their customer service was excellent. They kept me up to date on the progress step by step. I would recommend Gerber to anyone needing body work.

Amelia and Kacy were fantasic! Had the headlight buckets replaced on my 2009 Suburban. Amelia set up appointment and had all the parts there for a quick and professional job. They look great! i have used these folks for various repairs over the last 10 years and have never been disappointed.

Great service! Unfortunately and at no fault of mine, this is my second time in Gerber this year, due to crazy people on the roads. You guys did a great job on my Jeep both times and I am very happy with the service that I received. Everyone is very nice there.
