Staff was friendly and operated quickly. They were great at giving me updates and keeping me informed of the extent of the work and damage. I received my car back one day early from the initial projected date. The car looked beautiful when I picked it up.

She worked seamlessly with my insurance to get the repairs assessed, and completed quickly. The repair process was completed ahead of the estimated date and the results are fantastic. Thank you to the front office staff for making this a pleasant experience. They took care of a few issues that arose from the insurance company. They also cleaned my vehicle inside and out, which was icing on the cake. also, a big thanks to Kacy for keeping me updated while my truck was being repaired.

If I could give more stars, I would. Every person I dealt with was so helpful and kind. Kacy B. in particular, did such a GREAT job on keeping me updated as to the status of my car. A big thank you to all of them for a job well done. While it is not fun to have your car damaged, if I ever need someone to fix my car again it will definitely be Gerber Collision.
