To: Gerber Collision & Glass (Monroe, WI) Thank you for your service in repairing my 2020 Ford Explorer. You all went above and beyond with customer service. My vehicle is brand new! When I came to your shop for an estimate, I was immediately greeted with smiles and professionalism. Within minutes, Verne came out to look at my car. He addressed the damage and the additional repairs we requested to be done to the front of the vehicle. In conversation, he showed concern with continuing to drive the vehicle, stating the glass particles floating throughout the vehicle were unsafe. He inquired about my car rental. I explained I was not going to get one until repairs started. We went inside the shop, and Kimberly proceeded to take my rental information, and set up a rental vehicle for the afternoon. I was amazed! During repairs, I received ... continual updates on the status via text messaging. I didn't have to call and inquire! With the estimate, I was given a completion date of May 5th. I got my car back, all repaired and beautiful on April 24th. You took care of the return of the rental vehicle and handled the insurance matters. All I had to do was pay for our portion of the repairs! My husband and I drove to Iowa to see my daughter and new grandchild immediately after picking up the Explorer. It drove like a charm, no problems incurred! I was amazed! Rarely have I received that type of customer service without feeling like I was an inconvenience to someone. Friendly employees at this shop. They worked well with my insurance company (Allstate) and kept me notified as to status of repair while it was completed. The completed job was Beautiful done and car was received clean. I would highly recommend getting repairs done at this Graber shop.
