Finding a reliable and excellent body shop was harder than I thought.It took me a long time to buy my dream truck,so I needed a place I could trust and that does great work. This shop is it! From the start,Joe's incredible people skills and knowledge,Carrie's attention to detail & Frank's genuine authenticity blew me away! When I got my truck back,it looked brand new! Isaac's ability with tech and Gordi's professional paint work is true craftsmanship! I was treated like family and the work showed their outstanding craftsmanship.I will only go to this shop from here on out! Thanks Gerber! A+

From the minute I walked into the building I felt right at home, Joe was a hell of a guy... great great customer service skills, repair was in timely manner and excellent, some of the repairs that were made was unheard of... very satisfying experience A+ and a huge shoutout to these guys!!!

Work was excellent. Did take almost 2 weeks to repair which when we initially discussed it sounded as though it would only be a week, but with how good of a job they did, having the guarantee, and the staff being so kind, I will definitely take my car back for needed repairs in the future.

I went in for an estimate very friendly customer service. They inspected the vechicle and asked questions about marks on the van close to the damage. I told them they were there before the hit n run. Then they said they would need my vechicle for 3 to 4 days to do repair. They got me in less than 2 weeks. Super fast I thought. Then I dropped off the van March 7th at 11 am and already had an update by 1 pm. The update said they would need the vechicle until Friday the 11th. On Tuesday March 8th I get another update stating my van is ready for pick up. I could not believe that. I picked up on Wednesday and all looked great. So happy with the fast turn around.

I was advised not to continue driving the car, and Gerber dealt with setting up my rental. Parts took a day longer than expected, and I was updated frequently with progress. The best part was that the car was cleaned inside and out, a real treat!

Was unfortunate enough to have a buck jump on the hood of my Nissian Rouge. Fortunately heard Gerber collision does great work. I have to say you guys did not disappoint! I got constant updates on what was going on. Couldn't be happier with the gentleman that works up front. (Jerry?) Who helped get things figured out asap when there was a hiccup. And Abigail was helpful as well. All in all took less than 2 weeks and that was only because of the 4th of July. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.
