They treat you right! This is my second time there. Just for kicks went to Caliber for an estimate and it was higher. But also I have to admit, Daniel at Gerber was more professional and personable. I don't think they even know how to treat their customers poorly. Totally recommend Gerber in Monroe NC every time.

My car was in an accident and brought to the shop. Communication from the woman at the front desk, Faith, called me promptly to let me know what steps I needed to take to get the car to the shop from the city tow. Another day she called me while I was getting checked out from hitting my head during the crash. When I stopped by the shop that day to sign the release, she was very kind about asking how I was feeling. My collision repair was a bit complex and there needed to be a lot of communication between my insurance company and Danny and Nate. As we communicated, both of these men became trusted advisors to me during the process. They took the time to show me the various ways in which the vehicle had sustained damage and the various items that needed repair. They reassured me that they would only make repairs if they knew the car would ... be just as safe as it was pre-collision. Although my vehicle ended up being a total loss, I have to say that I truly had an amazing experience with the folks at Gerber. I am extremely grateful to each of the team members I interacted with. Though I hope to never need their services again, I know that if I do I will be in good hands. Thanks everyone! read more

Jessie and Faith were very personable and helpful in scheduling the appointment to get an estimate on my Jeep after being rear ended. Upon arrival, Jessie and Faith were very accommodating. Danny performed the estimate in a very timely manner. While the damage was very superficial, I was really annoyed that I even had to go through all of this and how much of an inconvenience this entire incident had caused me. I insisted that I wanted everything to be replaced because it was on the other person to make me whole again. Danny took the time to calm me down and explain that the damage was very minimal. He took the Jeep back to the shop and in about 10 minutes he brought it back out. I was amazed that all the damage was gone - was merely minor scratches to the bumper and spare tire rim. Sometimes when someone hits you, you immediately think ... the car is totaled and the other person is going to pay big. I had that same mindset and wanted everything replaced back to original - Danny and his shop members took care of both the Jeep and my own emotional wreck! When I have 'real' damage I will certainly return to Gerber. All of the staff were professional, courteous and took the time to calm me down. Well Done! read more
