Jessie and Faith were very personable and helpful in scheduling the appointment to get an estimate on my Jeep after being rear ended. Upon arrival, Jessie and Faith were very accommodating. Danny performed the estimate in a very timely manner. While the damage was very superficial, I was really annoyed that I even had to go through all of this and how much of an inconvenience this entire incident had caused me. I insisted that I wanted everything to be replaced because it was on the other person to make me whole again. Danny took the time to calm me down and explain that the damage was very minimal. He took the Jeep back to the shop and in about 10 minutes he brought it back out. I was amazed that all the damage was gone - was merely minor scratches to the bumper and spare tire rim. Sometimes when someone hits you, you immediately think ... the car is totaled and the other person is going to pay big. I had that same mindset and wanted everything replaced back to original - Danny and his shop members took care of both the Jeep and my own emotional wreck! When I have 'real' damage I will certainly return to Gerber. All of the staff were professional, courteous and took the time to calm me down. Well Done! read more

I can truly say the entire staff was friendly. They went above and beyond to provide quality customer service. When we were preparing to leave they gave us free pizza, and we even got to sing HAPPY BIRTHDAY to the birthday guy. IF I COULD GIVE THEM A 10 INSTEAD OF A 5 I WOULD.
