Service was outstanding. I took my truck in for a basic front, driver's side fender repair. The cab interior was quite dirty as I use the truck for work. When I arrived to pick it up, the entire cab interior had been detailed and it looked like new! I was surprised, grateful and very pleased. This was definitely an "above and beyond" service experience. My only issue is with the company survey. You only allow for 5 star rating. This was deserving of more than 5 stars!!! Fantastic job Gerber of Rockford, MI!!!

My car was repaired and I couldn't tell it had been damaged afterwards. I got feedback as to the progress of the repair all throughout the process. Most companies don't give you any feedback unless you call them.

The service was excellent from the moment I walked in the facility until the time I picked up my repaired car. The employees were polite and kind. The made me feel like they were there to make sure I had a good experience. The facility was cleaner than I could have ever expected. IGerber Collision is the only repair facility I would recommend to my family and friends. I was dreading addressing having my car repair and the experience at Gerber made this repair feel like a walk in the park. I would like to thank you for the wonderful service and experience.

Dropped my car off on Wednesday to get my rear bumper fixed, and it was done ahead of schedule....and it's beautiful.......great work!!! I couldn't be happier...I will recommend Gerber to anyone I know in need of a good auto body-shop......

Joe at the Clinton location really came through for me. Took a big weight off my shoulders by standing behind their work. I had an issue with a repair (the first time ever). Because of this, my son had managed to damage the door. Some time had passed and I thought I would just get the run around about the repair. This was not the case at all. Joe stepped up and took care of everything. It was almost too easy. I've been going to Gerber for a long time (since it was Collex). They've always done quality work. This is the first time I had to test their resolve. They passed with flying colors. This is a lease vehicle that I will be turning in soon. I just wanted to shout out what a great experience I had with my recent truck repair. My appraiser was awesome in explaining the process and planning out my pickups and drop offs. The associate at the desk was super friendly and even had Enterprise ready to pick me up within maybe 2 minutes of my drop off walk around. I was super thrilled that I could just leave the rental at the shop when I picked up my truck. That makes things a lot easier when you don't have anyone to give you a ride. Also, they had the repair done same day. Had I been able to get out of work earlier, I could have had my truck back for the drive home. I honestly chose Gerber for the free rental promotion since I don't have rental coverage on my insurance, but I'd come back, thought I hope I don't have to, just for the customer service.
