Could not be happier with the entire experience of getting my car repaired. Form the estimate thru the repair and pick up, ever employee was professional, knowledgeable and cared about my repair. The workmanship was exceptional. The damage area look like new. I was also impressed with the speed at which they completed the job. Would highly recommend and will use Gerber if I ever need collision damaged repaired in the future.

Amazing. I had gotten several quotes, Gerber beat them all by a lot, but I was concerned whether I would get less for paying less. I sat in the waiting room, and there was a poster where the owner of Gerber was quoted as saying that the service would 'wow' the customer- and I was wowed! The color match was spot on, my car looked terrific and the price was excellent. I am so, so grateful to the friend who recommended I get a quote from Gerber- Taylor S. (my estimator) and the Gerber team in Rochester Hills, MI exceeded my expectations. Thank you!

Today after an incident in a blueberry field I noticed that my bumper was loose on one side. I was leaving Meijer and saw the sign for Gerber! I am from Chicago and had only good experiences with Gerber, so I stopped in to ask for help. WOW, once again Gerber was wonderful. Everyone was kind and helpful and smiling and WOW! One of the employees was asked to assist me. He looked at my car, put the bumper back in the remaining clips then went inside and found the clip that would replace the broken one. All quicker then one could imagine! All polite and happy to help me. I am always impressed by the staff at Gerber. Kinder people are hard to fine. The one in Muskegon will see me should I have another incident. You are a service oriented company with a great staff. Thank you and I will pass it on!!!
