Jose T H. is the reason I choose Gerber for the collision repair. His customer service and concern for my safety in my visit for an estimate was the key to making me feel very confident that Gerber / Jose T would do the very best job out of the five shops I received estimates from. Jose went so far to insist that he vacuum the broken glass from the interior of my car to make it safe to drive. This was before he had any idea that I would place the work with Gerber. It was exceptional customer service and speaks loudly to his work ethic and promotion of the company Please see that he gets proper recognition for this work and exceptional customer service. Amazing service, friendly, and they go above and beyond to serve you the customer on a personal level. Their first priority is to make sure the customer is satisfied. Repair work is wonderfully done. They even vacuumed my car! (Which for a busy Mom is wonderful). Mike and his team kept in touch with updates, and times to when the car would be finished. They also went above and beyond to help us with our repair. I would give them a million stars if that were an option. Wonderful company, highly recommend. Our vehicle was a total loss after a deer hit.. I felt that we still received the attention, and consideration that we would have if our vehicle was being repaired. The shop manager, Kyle T. was very attentive and let me use a loaner vehicle until the insurance determined my car was a total. I wouldn't have been able to get back/forth to work without it! This shop is top notch, and I will recommend them to everyone. Also, if in need of auto body repairs (hopefully not)! I will definitely go there! Thanks Kyle and team!
