Gerber Collision was by far the best experience I could have had during a very difficult time after my accident. They initiated contact with me and made the entire process of having my car repaired so simple I couldn't believe it. They had all the information regarding my insurance coverage before I even got to their location. Each step was communicated clearly to me and they called me just to let me know the progress. Miraculously, the repaired my car in three days instead of the three weeks that I expected. The best part was picking up my car. It looked better than it did when I bought it brand new. They had cleaned my car inside and out and repaired every bit of the damage incurred. Not that I would ever want to be in need of their services again, but if I were, I would not hesitate or feel any concern about coming back to Gerber. I ... wish there were more stars! read more
