All staff, from the front desk to the technicians, were great to work with. They were all knowledgeable and very friendly. The work completed was outstanding and beat the given timeframe for completion by days. They exceeded expectations. I would not hesitate to recommend this location to any of my family or friends. Keep up the outstanding work.

I loved being able to keep a real time knowledge of what was being done and was even happier when the work was completed ahead of what was originally estimated. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They made a frustrating situation very easy. Thank you! I would recommend this location to anyone who would find themselves in need of service.

We owned our 2016 CR-V only a few days and were rear ended. The damage was pretty extensive! Progressive insurance recommended Gerber Collision. The complete process was truly painless! The communication from Gary and staff at Gerber was excellent through out the repair period . Our car was completed ahead of schedule and looked absolutely flawless!! Highly recommended!

Very impressed with how my vehicle turned out. Looks brand new, better than before the accident. They had it in and out for me, and kept me updated throughout the week they had it. It made me happy to see they cleaned the inside of my car for me as well. Very happy with the whole repair. I couldn't thank you enough. I'll definitely refer you to friends and family.

Karen K. was exceptional in her service capacity. She took excellent care of me throughout the process. I was thoroughly impressed with her skill in making me feel like I was the center of her attention. I had a small repair to have done but she treated my concerns/needs wonderfully. In addition. the techs who worked on my vehicle did an outstanding job. Great craftsmanship bordering on sheer artistry!
