The vehicle is a company vehicle and it was finished ahead of schedule and we were kept informed every week of the progress. The finished product looked great! Excellent service from the receptionist to the individual(s ) who did the actual body work on my wife's KIA. The industry standard for the amount of damage was 1 week from start to finish. Gerber had it done in 4 days. The damaged front end looks brand new and I really appreciate that they stand by their work as long as we own the car.

It took two times for Gerber to fix my car to my satisfaction. There are some minor things that weren't repaired to preaccident state (ex. The trim of the car are not all properly aligned), but those things aren't noticeable unless you're close up. They worked with me until I was satisfied which is most important. Take the time to go over your damages with them before and after repairs.

I went to Gerber collision and glass on Alpine today to get a problem looked at with my car. The door would drop when we'd open it. They looked at it and studied the problem. Through the whole process they were very courteous and helpful. They then decided to take it back and look at it a little closer to see what would need to be done on a scheduled return visit. They came back 10 minutes later with my vehicle completely fixed and told me there would be no charge. Now that's great customer service!!!! Thank you guys for your generosity!
