Having an auto accident is nerve wracking but Gerber provided excellent service which helped so much. From my first phonecall Gerber was accommodating because I was not able to get into the shop. They just took information over the phone and got to work. Don F was outstanding. His updates every Tuesday and Thursday were detailed, and I felt that he was mindful of the fact that I had to pay for a rental car and that work on the car had to be done as quickly as possible. It was a pleasure to work with him and the rest of the staff. Thank You!

Mike even diagnosed, and made the repair of, an annoying water leak my Ford dealer wasn't able to take care of - in about 5 minutes. The car looks beautiful!
