This is my 2nd time being serviced by this company and that is the reason why I am a return customer. A couple of years ago I had an accident and they did a wonderful job. The customer service was impeccable both times. This time I did not know if they were going to be able to help me or not. Fortunately they were and did a fantastic job of getting my car back to looking brand new. I will not go anywhere else from now on. Justin/Sara was so very nice. Customer service is everything when dealing with the public and these two individuals have exceeded my expectations. Thanks so much Gerber for hiring remarkable people!!! Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. I broke my passenger side mirror and they found a replacement, ordered it, and installed it all in a matter of two days! They also cleaned out my car and gave it a wash when they were done as well. Great service!

I just wanna start by saying I've been to a few different auto/collision body shops including Maaco and none of them compare to Gerber Collision, I recently had my 14 Dodge serviced there and they waste no time, I dropped it off Monday and it was ready Thursday, and they are so thorough, they will have your car looking like a brand new car! I recommend everyone takes their car in to Gerber if they need any work done, I promise you won't be disappointed! 5 stars! If I could give more I would.

I went to Gerber in Clawson and have always received top notch service. I went in this morning because of my bumper being out of alignment. A gentleman came out and was able to fix the issue right on the spot. Gerber provides excellent service and customer service and I will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
