If Gerber offered a frequent flier program, I'd be a gold star member. I've had a multitude of auto body repairs done by them so I feel confident in giving a hearty five star review. They have a system in place that moved my cars through the repair process smoothly and quickly. From Jerri and the ladies at the front to Jason and the others in the body shop, I was treated with warmth and efficiency. And their repair work is beautiful. They got the rear view mirror on my white Fusion to match beautifully, which is not an easy feat. Obviously, I highly recommend Gerber Collision on S. Industrial!

Perfect match on my Toyota's Three Stage White paint, difficult to match and blend I'm told but perfectly done! Glad we decided to have the stone chips on the hood repaired and re-painted. Looks like a brand-new vehicle. Vehicle was returned in excellent condition, looks as though it came from a detail shop. Excellent job Gerber Collision!! I highly recommend this shop to everyone.

I recently had my car fixed at this Gerber Collision location, and I'm beyond thrilled with the experience. The staff were not only friendly and knowledgeable but also organized and had all the paperwork ready to go making the stressful process of working with insurance companies and getting body repairs done, that much easier. They did an outstanding job on my car, even detailing it before giving it back to me which to me is a testament to how much the folks at Gerber Collision on Alpine Avenue care about the little things and their customers' experience. Throughout the process, they kept me informed every step of the way, which I greatly appreciated. The price was fair, too. I'll definitely be returning for any future car needs and recommending Gerber Collision to anybody who needs Body work done because these guys know what they are ... doing! Thankfully this was a minor accident, though still a huge inconvenience when you need to get your car fixed. I reported the accident to my insurance company and found that Gerber is a pre-approved repair facility with them. I contacted Gerber, took my car to be looked at, made an appointment for repair, and they handled everything with the insurance company after that. Andy and the rest of the staff made my accident repair smooth and hassle-free. My car was repaired quickly and looks amazing! I hope I do not need their services again, but I will recommend them to those that do. Thank you!

Gerber is the only place I'll be trusting with my car from now. After my car accident I was referred over to Gerber by my auto insurance. Eric at Gerber Utica has spent the last year going above and beyond to answer all my questions and concerns. I was super satisfied with the work done on my car after the accident and later had a different issue where I was told by another mechanic that it was auto accident related but really wasn't. Eric was able to help solve the mystery and get me back on the road super fast which is important for a busy working mom. Nicole is super sweet at the front desk and always has a smile on her face. I do auto accidents as an area of law that my office covers and plan to recommend Gerber to my future clients. I am so thankful!
