I had a great experience with Gerber Collision. They gave a reasonable estimate and the final price was very close. The work that was done to my 2022 Chevy Blazer was great. You can't tell any work has been done. They also cleaned the outside and inside. I am very happy with the whole transaction. I would highly recommend Gerber Collision to anyone!.

Automotive care: Excellent - The replaced bumper looks like the original one. - Car's exterior and interior were cleaned following repair. Customer care: Excellent - Manager kept me up to date on the status of the completion of the bumper replacement. - Technician reviewed the work to be done before the repair was begun. - Technician reviewed the work that was done when I arrived to pick up the car. - Transportation was conveniently provided by Gerber to and from my home to enable me to leave the car with Gerber the number of days required.

I was amazing by the high level of service I received from this company. Everyone was kind, thoughtful and was most concerned about my safety. I was asked multiple times if I was okay. I was given advice on how to get reimbursed for a car seat. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs help with collision or glass. I'm so thankful my insurance company sent me to Gerber. I really am thankful for the care and support during this time. The car looks amazing!

On June 16th a trailer I was towing came off the hitch and did extensive damage to my 2020 Ram pickup. AAA decided they were going to total the vehicle which I was dead against. They would have been paying twice as much to total it compared to fixing it. I understand the percentages and formulas they use to decide if a vehicle is to be totaled or not. I fought AAA on this issue until finally Jason Brookhouse of the Muskegon, Michigan store on Apple Ave. went to bat for me. Yesterday afternoon, two months after the claim was filed and no positive communication with AAA, Jason & I both received communications from AAA that they have decided to repair my vehicle after Jason's efforts. Jason did not have to reach out to AAA on my behalf whatsoever, but did. I just wanted to express my gratitude at the above and beyond customer service I ... have and am receiving at Gerber Collision. Jason has initiated repairs as of this morning and after two months, I am extremely pleased to be getting my vehicle back shortly. read more
