Shoutout to the Ann Arbor S. Industrial highway location! The WHOLE staff was incredible, but I wanted to that Gerri (at the front desk) for being so communicative and Walker (my service technician) for keeping me in the loop throughout the whole process AND finishing my car early. I will definitely be coming back to Gerber in the future for any repair needs.

Very impressed with their customer service. My car was in the shop for 2 and a half weeks due to a tree falling on it and they did an excellent job of keeping me updated through phone calls and texts. Very friendly and helpful staff, would recommend to anyone!

I brought my car into Gerber to have the front grill sanded down and repainted. The team reviewed the front of the vehicle and instead suggested that they try using spirits instead. Within <5 minutes, the car looked new. I offered to provide some $, but they refused. What a great experience.
