MI - 23965 Allen Rd, Woodhaven - 2/8/15

Went to Gerber Collision for estimate on small dent repair on drivers side second door. They were the second of three, they suggested Paintless Dent Removal and a guy who specialized it. Came back next day the guy looked at damage, do not want to promise anything but explain how dent would be removed. Also the cost and time, I said ok. Two hours later the dent was gone!!! I was so happy there were tears. TAs for other places, B&K Collision never mention Paintless dent removal however gave me an estimate of $474.29 with an explaintion for the cost. The other place was the dealership their estimate was $800.00 . They also offered Paintless dent removal but the person was not there until the next day. The next day I went back to Gerber Collision and the rest is Happy Ending!!!!! Thank You:)

The whole repair process was very comfortable and felt like i was having my father fix it... very informative and the service rep that i spoke with was really great!!! i believe it was mike. i normally hate repair shops but now i found one i can trust and will use every time. great job gerber collision!!!!

I'm generally pleased with the finished product that Gerber provided. I did have an issue regarding the poor management of communication with my while I was away on a business trip, but Steve did a great job of taking care of me and my truck. He took ownership of the mistakes that occurred and did everything in his power to make it right. I appreciated that very much and will therefore consider Gerber in the future again. Thank you.

the staff and work were excellent, fast, accurate and courteous. The work was done in 3 days and due to their arrangement with Enterprise Rental, I lost no worktime. Very good and I would recommend them to anyone that needs collision repair.

I was very happy, pleased, and extremely satisified with the work they performed on my 2012 Mazda 2 Four Door Hatchback. Even though my sister hit the front drivers side corner while coming home and parking her GMC SUV, and she did not allow herself enough room to turn into the driveway. They did an exceptional job. I plan to take a few collision repair course and the ethics course, too. If i see anyone who needs collision repair, i will definitely give them the referral card. Thank You So Very Much For Everything!!!!! FANTASTIC WORK!!!!
