Even though I didn't bring them much business (in fact I think I was a net loss for them) I felt exceptionally well taken care of and cared for. They provided honest estimates, worked with my wishes at cost to them, and made me feel comfortable to make decisions. These are the sort of people that we want working for us, who have clearly shown me that they care about their customers more than making a bottom line. If there is ever a need in the future, I give my highest recommendation to them and would expect the same exemplary work for the vehicle as they showed care to me. They deserve a raise, trophy, or at the very least a cheesy plaque on the wall. Godspeed.
