A few years ago, I had a similar repair done to the front bumper at Hansen Collision in Holland (Water Tower Court). Although I now live in Rockford, I was so pleased with the work done, that I was willing to drive to have it done on the back bumper. I was surprised to find out Hansen was bought by Gerber. Upon a little research, I learned that Gerber had many facilities, including the one in Rockford. Between the purchase of Hansen, and the size of Gerber, I knew my car would have quality work done on it. Looking at the bumper, I can't even tell it was damaged. Thank-you for the quality work!

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The service was quick and they went out of their way to give me a ride home after I dropped off my car. My car looks so amazing and they did such a great job with the body work! It looks like a whole new car and even better than when I first got the car a few years ago. The inside was completely detailed and clean. The outside was even buffed or polished becaue I haven't ever seen it look that clean and shiny. I am very happy with the service from Gerber collision. thanks!

This is my second time at this location - Hansen and Gerber. Each time the courtesy has been impeccable. Repair time has always been shorter than estimated....and the job is amazing! The service was outstanding and my car came out looking great. The coupons they offered was really beneficial I needed a rental and wasn't sure if I was going to be able to afford it. But Gerber had the 5-day free rental service coupon and I was very pleased with it. Also I decided to get my bumper repaired in addition to the damage that was done to my rear passenger door which was covered by the insurance company. And again the $100 dollars off non-insured repairs coupon was great to have as well. Overall, my experience with Gerber was one of the best I could ver have with an auto repair shop. And I would recommend their services to anyone, they do a great job!
