Service was fantastic. Everyone at the shop treated me as if i were the only client they had. I received texts and phone calls keeping me apprised of how my repairs were going. All of which I appreciated very much. I plan on telling my agent to refer other customers to Gerber, that's how good I thought the service was.

Let me just start by saying, this is the first time we have used Gerber Collision. We were extremely happy with the repair on our car. From the start with James giving us the estimate, to the end when we picked up your car, the folks at this Gerber Collision were wonderful. They even went the extra mile and cleaned the interior of our car. Many THANKS to all. Hopefully we won't need any repairs again, but if we do we now have a new place to go.
