Everyone was excellent. I dropped of my car with significant damage at the Woodhaven location. They could not begin work on it for a few days so offered to send to Ann Arbor who could begin right away. I received regular updates on the progress of my car and in was delivered way ahead of schedule. Everyone was very pleasant and professional to work with and make a difficult experience much more bearable. I will definitely do business with Gerber in the future as needed and will recommend them to everyone

I have magnetic stickers that I have at the back of my vehicle. I took them off so that they would not be lost during the vehicle car wash; I placed the very dirty stickers on the floor of the back seats. When I did the inspection of my car once the work was done, I was delighted to see that the stickers were cleaned off and placed on the back of my vehicle. That "extra touch" is well worth 4 stars ... along with great work on fixing my vehicle. Thank you!
