Derek looked over the car . Seen what damage was done . Told me what needs to be done to fix my car. how long it would take and cost also let me Know what I had to pay if anything.They were polite, and curious.and fast. I enjoyed doing business with Gerber. Coffee and Popcorn was a nice touch .

Thank you for taking such care with my son's car. You made a horrible time in his life bearable. After being hit by a gas tanker while parked the drivers insurance company refused to offer any help in getting his car repaired or getting him a car while his was in repair. You guys stepped up and helped him with a loner. This was more than we could have hoped for. We will refere your company to anyone that needs repairs. Thank you again

Hello :) I want to start by, by thanking Derek B.... Derek was my estimator, and I couldn't be more pleased. From the time I called, for an app. to picking my car up. Everyone was very very professional, courteous, polite and prompt. Derek is a fine young man, and went over everything with me. My car was fixed, in a very reasonable matter of time. And look's GREAT... Derek went back over everything with me, and even helped me transfer my groceries :) I have had my car repaired there before, when it was Collex. I would highly recommend Gerber, to anyone that should need service, repairs etc .. I will never go anywhere else. Thank You, for taking such great care of my car and providing such great service...

The rating listed above applies to the work actually done on the car, and the staff treatment. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the finished job, as the saying goes, could "fool it's own mother". Excellent. Now, I understand that Gerber Benton Harbor is a *small* shop, with only a few employees. But considering that I did not bring the car in for repairs until all needed parts had arrived, I was very disappointed that the repairs took a total of 14.5 days (the length of time Gerber had my vehicle). About 11 years ago my car at that time was badly damaged when a reckless driver slid into my front end on an icy road. The damage was much more severe than my damage repaired by Gerber, and again - I did not bring the car in until the repair facility had all necessary parts to do the job. That facility (admittedly, a much larger ... one) had my car finished in 3.5 days. I took it in at 8:00 Monday morning, and I had it back at 1:00 Thursday afternoon - and the work done was excellent; on a par with Gerber. To wrap up: Gerber did a splendid job - but I felt it took far too long to complete. read more

I couldn't have had a better experience anywhere else. Frank the general manager was attentive, polite and took my concerns very seriously. Ronnie at the front desk was amazing and extremely helpful. I hope to never need a collision shop or glass repair ever again but if I do, I know exactly where to take it. Thank you guys very much.

The process from the insurance company (AAA) to the time I dropped my car off was 2 hours. The entire experience was excellent and so easy. Even when interacting with different people at Gerber throughout the process, the customer service level was the same, excellent. I would go out of my way to go to a Gerber Collision and I will recommend Gerber to others. Thanks for making my accident, excellent!
