I wanted to express a tremendous amount of Gratitude to all the Staff at Gerber Collision that was involved in repairing my vehicle. From the moment I picked up the phone and scheduled the appointment to drop off my vehicle to be repaired until the moment I picked up my vehicle after it was repaired, I had an amazing experience. Mike, the Service Manager, walked me around the vehicle and took a thorough examination of my car. He then went over in detail the extent of damage that I had and foreshadowed the time frame of how long it would take to complete repairs. Enterprise Rental Car arrived before I was done talking with Mike to pick me up immediately and drive me to their office to choose a rental. During the 17 days of service being performed on my car, I received text messages that kept me in the loop about what was being done to my ... car ensuring me that my car was coming along just fine. Once I received the call to come pick up my car, it was a simple checkout process and I was on my way. They even offered to call Enterprise Rental Car to return my car for me. I truly feel like I received the White Glove Treatment and will gladly recommend Gerber Collision moving forward to everyone I come in contact with that is in need. The only unfortunate event I had was paying my $500 deductible due to the person that rear ended me did not have a license, insurance or registration. Customer Service was outstanding! Samantha did a great job not only on the vehicle but providing constant communication as to the status of the work being done. I will definitely recommend this shop to others and will be a returning customer if ever I'm in need of other vehicle repair. Nice touch of supplying coffee and fresh popcorn in the lobby, too!

I would highly recommend this Gerber Collision Shop in Clinton Twp, Mi. My Estimator, Derek B was outstanding. He answered all my questions and gave me sound advice regarding my car. Derek went above and beyond, in my opinion and I felt comfortable with his recommendations . The service staff were very friendly and they actually made me feel "At Home" in their waiting room. Very caring group of people,which is rare now days. In addition, the turn around time was very exceptional . My car was done in 2 days instead of the estimated time of 5 days. I was jumping like a jack rabbit ! And so very,very, happy. The finished work was beautiful and it felt like I drove away from this shop in a new car. Thank you again so much for your excellent hospitality and work. 20 Stars in my book !!

Besides doing very careful dent removing and painting, they made our little Honda Civic SI look like new all over. By far the best body work done on the care in my years of work done in CT and MI. The service was always prompt, and most flexible. In short, over the top in all respects! Double the number of stars; they've earned 10. I'm already thinking of asking them to take care of few other dents I've got.

Damage Assessed by Steve S. I had some concerns and questions when I brought the car to Steve. Steve was very attentive covering all details of the repairs needed on my car. He had a great memory and answered all concerns when the repairs were completed. He was competent, professional and had a great attitude.
