Second time this year due to sideswipe damage. The first was handled by MEEMIC insurance but the second was in some parking lot at an unknown time, so we 'out of pocketed' it. Just as great & friendly as the first time, so it was this time too. Seemed they went out of their way to schedule us according to our needs rather than their's!
