Went in to get a quote for a scratch on my hood, I thought was down to the metal. Jay Steinebach was looking at it and said it was not that deep and could be most likely be easily buffed out. He took my car back for about 5 minutes and the scratch was completely gone!! He was extremely friendly and didn't charge me anything to buff it out. This is an honest shop and I will certainly go back when I need work done on my vehicles. Thanks!!

I brought my SUV in for a repair estimate. Jay took one look at the back of my vehicle and what I thought were major scuffs marks and scratches made by the garage door, he said he could take care of it. He took my car and within 10 minutes, he brought my vehicle back and all of the marks were gone. It looked like new. Jay was more than happy to take the time to help me. I will definitely bring my vehicles to Gerber for any future repairs needs. They are the best!

I cannot express how satisfied I am with EVERYTHING about Gerber Collision. I called them on Monday right after the incident, I took my car and left it there on Tue and Samantha told me it would be probably Friday. I agreed to it and Wed morning she called and said that it was done. DONE!!! The only thing it needed was to be washed. I picked it up Thur morning and it looks beautiful. Like brand new. Everything about Gerber was top notch. Samantha could not have been a greater estimator. She has a great personality but honestly she what a great employee. When I walked in to the shop with her never meeting me, she knew my name first and last. She was fast, efficient and accurate. I would love to have an employee like her.
