Wonderful service! Taylor helped me out, even though I didn't have an appointment. He was able to perfectly buff out the damage to our car FREE of charge, which another collision place wanted to charge us $1500 to do!

Car was extremely clean(including interior and engine compartment) when I picked it up. I think they detailed the car. Service person spent time with me and made sure everything was operating (lights,turn signals,washers etc) properly. Excellent fit and finish of the repaired parts, better than the way the vehicle came from the factory. Repair bill was easy to understand and very detailed. Excellent experience, would definitely recommend or go back (hopefully I will not need their service again) Office staff and receptionist were very friendly and efficient. Did not waste my time, were very well organized when I came to pick up my car.m Highly recommend this repair shop.

I called Gerber in Hudsonville after I had just gotten a new license plate and the screws holding the old plate on would not come off. Not only did they see me right away, but it only took them 5 minutes to get the old plate off and put the new plate on. Jay was phenomenal. They even refused to charge me when I insisted on compensating them for their time. I had called other local body shops and mechanic shops to see if they could help, but all they did was give me reasons why they couldn't help. Gerber gave me reasons why they could. That's how you win business. Gerber won mine.

Our insured, Donnie O., was referred to the local Gerber Collision by Safeco Insurance, not only was she very pleased with the service and work provided, she called to let me know that they went above and beyond for her when she was hit again soon after the repairs were done. She called them when she was hit and said a gentleman from Gerber came right out and assisted her with moving the fender back off the tire so she was able to drive safely. When asked how to get the bill for the service call to her insurance policy, he smiled and told her no charge he was glad to help. Needless to say , the car was returned to them for the second round of repairs, and they have a very satisfied customer who couldn't wait to sing their praises. So thank you to Don T. and his staff, for going above and beyond for our customers!
