Wonderful place! Great service, Aaron Hanson (General Manager) took time to explain all details of repair to me. Not like the other places that I went to for estimates! Very nice and helpful receptionist also. Great repair job!

My vehicle had been vandalized and Aaron Hanson at the Merrillville, IN Location took excellent care of me and my vehicle. I was kept informed through the whole process and any time i had a question Aaron always answered them for me. Im completely satisfied with the work that was completed and the fact that you can't tell part of the car had to be repainted. Aaron and the Team at Merrillville did an excellent job and i would highly recommend them to anyone.

Mary Therese at the front counter was just a doll. She was very kind to me and my wife and eager to help. At our lowest moment and when our insurance company abandoned us when I thought they should have been there, Store Manager Aaron Hanson, was there. He made us feel human again. His caring and kind words took us from feeling like we were helpless to feeling worthwhile again. He is by far one of the finest people I have ever met and is deserving of a very large raise. I had my car repaired here a few years back after an accident and decided to take my truck in because the molding on the drivers side came halfway off and was hanging off. I was a little skeptical when I pulled in and saw that it was no longer car collision but decided to go ahead and at least get an estimate. To my wonderful surprise the technician did the work in about 10 minutes and didn't charge me a dime! Thanks JOE GOETZ, you now have a lifetime customer who will spread the word. Aaron and the staff at the Merrillville Gerber Collision & Glass were fantastic!! Recently had to take my truck in due to hitting an obstruction on I-65 and what could have been a horrible experience was great. The staff went up and above to ensure I was satisfied with the service and my truck came out great. Would recommend to anyone that they should take their car to Gerber, they care about their customers.
