Best price, quick service, great customer relations!! Got several estimates for the collision work I needed done on my car, and Gerber in Merrillville gave me the best price, hands down. Dropped my car off on Monday morning and it was ready to be picked up on Wednesday at noon. The customer service was excellent! They called me on Tuesday to give me an update on the progress of my car. When I picked it up, they had washed it and vacuumed out the inside of it as well. Very happy with the quality of service I received. Would definitely use them again!

Very impressed with the work that was done to my damaged 2010 Honda Civic and the service. The car looks great. The service was really good as well. I was set up with a very nice rental vehicle and I was updated every few days on how the car was coming. Any time your car is damaged, it is not a great experience. Gerber made things much smoother with their excellent work.

My son wrecked my brand new car before I had a chance to make the first payment! I called Gerber in Schererville to make an appointment and drop the car off for repair. Every person I came in contact with was so friendly and helpful. They thoroughly went over the car and then asked me if I noticed anything else. They gave me a time frame of when they would be able to look at vehicle and when they would begin work. The receptionist called me back later that day and told me that they were really busy. She asked me if it would be okay if she sent the car over to Merrillville Gerber. She said it would get done quicker and she assured me that they do great work. I said sure. Aaron (the General Manager of Merrillville) was on top of it from the moment he got the car. He called me a couple of times with updates and such. He found out I was going ... out of town and kinda needed the car for the trip. He wasn't able to finish the car (waiting on a part to come in). So he put my vehicle back together, had it delivered to me for my Friday road trip. Then he picked up my car at my job after the weekend, and finished installation. He personally returned it to me 2 hours later when repairs were finished. I can't thank Schererville Gerber for realizing their situation and both Merrillville and Schererville Gerbers for their commitment to their customer. I would definitely recommend either location for great customer service, oh and a great job on the repair itself. The car drives like it was never in an accident, and absolutely no differentiation between colors or pin striping. All gadgets and misc stuff that broken, is perfect again.
