Got hit by the debris on I95 very badly 2 times in one blow. the bumper was destroyed and there was a big crack on the passenger door. There were several cars in the shop with the similar issues and it was very frustrating to be punished for nothing. But Kelly was awesome! A great specialist and friendly to deal with. She called on the status of the parts delivery and the car readiness, always keeping me in the loop. The car was finished right on time. It looks like new.

Everything went 'as advertised' . Once I gout to check out the paint match in the sunlight, I was amazed to see that I could not tell where the new finished and the existing started. The paint is an ivory pearl color, with multiple spots of color within the base color. The match is perfect, and I am more than pleased with the end result.i give your staff and technicians a ten+ on everything! I will recommend you to anyone that needs your services! Kelly F was a great help through the process of getting my car repaired. The receptionist was also very friendly and helpful. Getting in an accident is a stressful thing, but the people I came in contact with at Gerber helped alleviate it in some ways. There was constant communication about the status of my repair.

We picked up our SUV today and are so thrilled with the repair job. Not only did we get the car back much earlier than expected, the whole process was made easy by the expert care of April our service person.
