Got new truck delivered with top rail of bed liner ripped off in transit, doing some damage to the body. Covered by the dealer (carvana) but was told to take it to Gerber. April took charge and ordered the part. Dropped my truck and 3 hours later she was calling me letting me know it was done and ready to pick up. Good as new. Couldn't be happier with April and the whole Gerber process. 5 stars for the whole team.

Just dropped my car off at this location after reading the great reviews. They couldn't have been friendly, putting my mind at ease that I have chosen the right place to get my car repaired. Stayed tuned but, I think I will be pleased with the repairs once they are finished.

Rob, Nicole and Kelly took care of everything. The body man straightened out the bed and the paint guy threw down the perfect paint match. Truck was detailed and super clean upon release to me. Nicole kept me updated regularly via email and the job was completed on time. Kudos to doing a great job correctly.
