Kelly F was a great help through the process of getting my car repaired. The receptionist was also very friendly and helpful. Getting in an accident is a stressful thing, but the people I came in contact with at Gerber helped alleviate it in some ways. There was constant communication about the status of my repair.

We picked up our SUV today and are so thrilled with the repair job. Not only did we get the car back much earlier than expected, the whole process was made easy by the expert care of April our service person. She kept us updated the entire time the car was in the shop as well as handling everything required by our insurance company.
