Absolutely amazing quality of work! I did significant damage to the front end of my car, but after taking it to Gerber it's like it never even happened. There is no trace of the damage and the car is even nicer than it was before after taking into account all the complimentary services they add on. Their representatives were professional and courteous and I could not be more pleased. Thank you, Gerber!

Very pleased with the service. Unfortunately I have had to bring my car in for repair a few times because it keeps getting hit. My car has always been finished by the time promised, this time they finished it early. The attention to detail is outstanding. When they detailed the inside of my car they did an exceptional job including getting rid of a stain that I did not think was possible to remove. All of the guys at Gerber are friendly and professional Dana C. was particularly helpful in this process.

I worked with Dana C. and I could not be more pleased! From the moment I walked into the door I was greeted and helped right away. I was told it could take up to a week (weekend included) and It was done in 2 days! upon arrival my car was clean, all dents and scratches buffed out, my rims had even been polished!! My car looked new again. I Had been there once before and was given the same service and attention to detail by Dana. I will in the future HIGHLY recommend Gerber to anyone I know. Dana was awesome!

Gerber Collision in Marysville did a fantastic job! They worked swiftly and the car (350z) looks awesome. The staff went above and beyond by providing me with updates every other day about the car while handling everything through the insurance company. I recommend this business to everyone looking to get a great quality repair done in a timely fashion. They also warranty the quality of their work. I just picked up my brother-in-law's car from Gerber Collision in Marysville. It was hit at full speed (25-30mph) while parked resulting in major damage(requiring replacement) to a quarter panel and two wheels and minor damage to BOTH bumpers (pushed into the car parked in front of it). My brother in law is in the Navy and was hoping to pick it up and drive it to his new duty station less than two weeks after the accident. When they heard that ... they said they would try to get it done before he got back but couldn't make any promises because parts alone usually take at least a week to come in for this vehicle. They had it done on time (actually, I think it was a day early) looking better than before the accident and fully detailed. The paint job is beautiful and the Z looks like new. The new quarter panel had to be welded in and the metal looks seamless! Everything was done quickly but they take great pride in their work and the quality is wonderful. They even stayed late so I could pick it up on time for my brother-in-law. :-) If you take your car to them you are leaving it in great hands and the cars are parked in a secured location (not just in an open parking lot). Bottom line-They have fantastic people on their staff who take great pride in their work, complete the repairs in a timely fashion, and do a very high quality job. read more

Dana Connelly was great. He offered me the discount without my asking and was very easy to work with. The woman at checkout was equally nice to work with. I used Gerber several years ago and has a positive image of the company. I hope I do not need body repair again but if I do, I would not hesitate to go back. In addition, I would enthusiastically recommend this particular Gerber site to anyone in need of car repair.

Hope people do not need your services, but if they do I want them to know if they live in or close to Marysville they need to check out your service. The front office people, Tyler, Brian and others are professional, courteous, and know there stuff. We had a bad month with all 3 cars being in accidents. I had to deal with 3 rentals at one time and Tyler and Brian made this as easy as it could be. My hat off to Tyler, for his kindness and understanding of what I was going thru at this time. He did more for us then he promised and the quality of work is superb. We can not thank you guy's and gal's enough for all your help. Hope not to need help for years, but If I do I know who to call. Just had claim and work done to my truck. What a great place to deal with and very helpfull. Truck was fixed and looks great a day early. Wow! Well I got home and the dog was so happy he jumped up on the repair and scratched the fresh fixed area. Took my truck back to Gerber to see what could be done. "Dont worry" said Tyler. He had the shop fix it and also washed the truck while I waited a few minutes. NOW THAT IS GREAT SERVICE! A Very happy Guy.

Gerber C&G in Marysville, WA was amazing. They took super good care of us and our Subaru. We were rear ended in a minor collision. Gerber's estimate was similar to our other estimates but they promised to use only OEM parts and not after market replacements and went to bat with the insurance company when they wanted to use aftermarket. They dealt with the insurance company for us, made sure we were taken care of, etc. The quality of repair was impeccable. The service we received from everybody we dealt with was outstanding. Very clear lines of communication. We have had other cars repaired in the past but not at Gerber. This was our first experience with them and will certainly go back if needed and would recommend the Marysville, WA location. I can't say the same for some of the other places we have used.
