The personnel (Summer Akers) were extremely personable and helpful. The quality of work was above and beyond what was anticipated and the overall experience made the most positive impression. My car was returned in far better condition than when I left it; even the parts of the car that were not identified as having issues. Above a 10 rating.

Great service, kept informed of the status of repairs, the rig was cleaned inside and out. Now we just need for the company to consider using Waterless car wash and wax products - of course I am a bit biased on this point as we are distributors for Freedom Waterless products. Thanks again
