It is unusual to find a business that readily agrees with you that something needs to be fixed that is not quite right and Brad stepped up to the plate and took excellent care of me. I would highly recommend Gerber for anyone need damage repair...they did an excellent job for me...my Murano looked better then it did when I purchased it off the car lot two years ago ! My estimator, Summer Akers, was great, kept me informed, by email & phone on progress of my repairs, and very pleasant to work with.
