Service was prompt and polite. The people there were very nice and helped explain everything before any paperwork was started. They gave me all the contact information that I would need and helped me get a rental car on the off chance that they wouldn't have the part. They were very helpful!!

Every staff person I dealt with was very professional and courteous. The repair results were excellent--the car looks much better than it had been before the accident! I am so pleased, and will use Gerber Collision in Gambrills again if ever necessary, and will tell friends about it. Thank you very much.--A very pleased customer.

Last night, I drove to pick up my truck from Airpark Rovers (located next to your body shop) only to find out that Dan, the owner of the shop, had forgotten to leave out my keys for the vehicle. The lights of his shop were off, his office line was going straight to voicemail, and I was stranded without a vehicle. In a last ditch effort, I walked next door and around the back of your shop where I met a young man named Andy who couldn’t have been more friendly. He helped put me in touch with another employee of yours who knew Dan personally and was able to give me his cellular number. After a couple phone calls, I was able to get in touch with Dan and got everything squared away. Andy had just gotten to the shop with his dinner in hand and I was nothing but a stranger to him. Excellent Service! This was the best car experience ever! I was involved in an accident, and everyone was sympathetic and extremely helpful. I got my car back earlier than stated, and it was super clean. I used to go somewhere else but this is my new shop and I highly recommend! Had my windshield expertly replaced by Dave today. He tells me he has worked as an auto glass tech for many years, and it showed. He told me he worked on many of the same Olds models as I have, for he had every step planned out. He even knew what size nutdrivers he needed without looking at the screws first! Installation was very neat; car vacuumed out after work was done, and the price was excellent. Highly recommended.

My insurance company recommended I try Gerber Collision & Glass after a hit and run accident to my car. I was more than impressed. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They were accommodating with scheduling and the repairs were quick and to my satisfaction. They estimated a week for my repairs, yet only took 3 days. I was not going to make their closing time and they were nice enough to have someone wait for me so that I could pick up my car that day. If I ever find myself in a pickle again with my car. I will be bringing it here.

My experience with Gerber Collision College Park was nothing short of excellent. The repair work that was done on my Honda Accord was impeccable and was completed in a very timely manner. Every employee that I interacted with was professional, courteous and extremely helpful. I was kept up-to-date on all matters concerning my car, and if I had a question about the progress or any work that was being done to my Accord, the receptionist Perez or the manager Craig Plucinski were able to answer almost immediately. I would highly recommend Gerber Collision College Park to anyone that needs collision repair work done not only based on the quality of the work but the customer service as well.
