MD - 1047 Maryland Rt 3 N, Gambrills - 10/8/12

This was done via mobile glass repair service, in Annapolis, MD. The service performed was for embedded rock in the windshield. The repairman allowed me to watch the repair, only taking 15 minutes total. I was very impressed with the service! My understanding (from colleagues who have had glass repair done before) was for a coat to be applied on the damaged area to avoid further cracking. My understanding was incorrect. The embedded rock was carefully removed from my windshield, and a coat of liquid glass was filled in. Following the service, you can barely tell there was damage at all! Service man was very knowledgeable and provided good customer service. A+ experience!

Thank you. Currently, I am very satisfied with the work done on my vehicle. I've been looking for several days to see if I could see any sign of the damage on the front and back bumpers. I am pleased to say I can't tell that the bumpers were damaged at all. I must admit I was nervous when I read your disclaimer sign about the bumper paint color may be slightly off from the body of the car. When I examined the bumpers and the body of the car, if there was a slight difference, I couldn't tell and that made me very happy. Good job!

I was very impressed with the company's professionalism and how they kept me updated on my cars progress on a daily basis. They either called or emailed with a picture every day to inform me what was going on. They took longer than the estimates from the other places I looked at, but payed attention to detail and did a thorough job. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs work done to their car.
