"This was my second experience with the people and services at Gerber in Gambrills, MD. I simply can not say enough about the experiences! From the first phone call to making the appointment until the final credit card payment, each and every employee with whom I interacted was professional and right on target with what they would do, when they would do it and that they'd be in touch regularly all along the way. They were true to their words and actually had my car repaired before the predicted date. In addition, it was washed in and out and - incredibly - a small "abrasion" on the other side of the car was noticed and attended to - without any cost...just care. Now where on earth these days do you find folks with a work ethic like this!!! I totally recommend them for anything, any time. And, they made working with the car ... rental company a breeze. Amanda assisted me from day 1 and she is very professional and courteous. My car was ready the same evening I dropped it off and I picked it up the next mroning. Mr. Erculiani was exceptional in his concern and professionalism. they treated me like I was an important part of the family and I really appreciated that so much. This is the second time in less than a year I have used Gerber in Gambrills and would reccommend them to friends and family for repair work. Gerber did a great job, very fast and very friendly. Also it was very convenient having Enterprise Rental right there by Gerber. My only complaint is that my car was wiped down on the inside with some sort of cleaner whether it was on the dashboard or the windows, I'm not sure, but I'm very scent sensitive, so that was a problem for me. Maybe you all could use a scent free cleaner or ask if we want the vehicle cleaned before you do it. It's great that my car was returned to me cleaner than when I dropped it off, Thanks for such great overall service. I would definitely use Gerber again if need be. Will recommend you to friends and family should they need glass or body work.

Service was prompt and polite. The people there were very nice and helped explain everything before any paperwork was started. They gave me all the contact information that I would need and helped me get a rental car on the off chance that they wouldn't have the part. They were very helpful!!

Every staff person I dealt with was very professional and courteous. The repair results were excellent--the car looks much better than it had been before the accident! Last night, I drove to pick up my truck from Airpark Rovers (located next to your body shop) only to find out that Dan, the owner of the shop, had forgotten to leave out my keys for the vehicle. The lights of his shop were off, his office line was going straight to voicemail, and I was stranded without a vehicle. In a last ditch effort, I walked next door and around the back of your shop where I met a young man named Andy who couldn’t have been more friendly. He helped put me in touch with another employee of yours who knew Dan personally and was able to give me his cellular number. After a couple phone calls, I was able to get in touch with Dan and got everything squared away. Andy had just gotten to the shop with his dinner in hand and I was nothing but a stranger to him. He had no reason to help me other than his own generosity. Excellent Service! This was the best car experience ever! I was involved in an accident, and everyone was sympathetic and extremely helpful. I got my car back earlier than stated, and it was super clean. I used to go somewhere else but this is my new shop and I highly recommend!
