In my long history and lifetime of drivingin, I never experienced the professionalism and customer service as I did at the Gerber location in Jessup, MD. From the moment the repairmen viewed the damage to my car until my car was returned following repairs, the experience was simply the best. After turning in my car, each day I was given a phone call from a representative providing me updates on my car's repairs and was given assurance that my car would meet their deadline for repair. This was something totally unexpected as last November while living in El Paso, Texas, I had some repair work following an accident and the repair shop I was referred for service was unprofessional. The customer service was exceptional. Everyone I dealt with at the Jessup, MD location were very professional, courteous, and knew their job. I am very satisfied with the collision repair work performed at this location. I would recommend the Jessup, MD location to anyone. In addition, when I dropped my car off for repairs on 08-28-13 I was told that due to the current workload the collision repairs to my car probably would not be complete until Tuesday, September 3rd, b/c Monday, September 2nd was a holiday. I rec'd a phone call from Kim @ 1:00pm, Friday, August 30th and was informed that my car was ready for pickup. Not only was the customer service exceptional it was also speedy. Please pass on a huge THANK YOU to this location from me-----they really know how to treat a customer.

The service was very good. The people (Ms. Perez and Craig) were very friendly and informative. They communicated with us when necessary, and made sure we were comfortable and satisfied with the car before we left. I would definitely come back and recommend them.

They were extremely helpful and up front with times and repairs. They were professional and worked hard to get the job done. I had a small gap in work while a part was on order and saw that the paint on the bumper did not dry correctly. They fixed the bumper without a question. They back their work and really take care of their customers. Erie did not cover all of my rental even though we saved them money by taking the car back to wait for the part, but gerber took on the rental bill without question. I actually found out via Enterprise. I highly recommend getting your work done at Gerber Collision.

I was truly impressed. My car was delivered when promised and the repairs were done right. Everyone, from the receptionist to the rental agent was courteous and thoughtful and they kept me informed of the progress. The rental car agency was located at Gerber Collision which was a great convenience. I highly recommend Gerber Collision.

We have used the service at the Gambrills location in the past so when we had a recent accident we told our State Farm Agent we wanted to have the repair done there. Jordan Kuh did the estimate and kept us informed re: repairs and schedule via email. There was a delay due to the fact a part came in that Gerber didn't think was up to their standards so they had to get another part leading to a delay. Jenn Messer (manager) was keep us updated and knew we needed the van (which has crates in it for our dogs) for a weekend trip so she "pulled a miracle" and got the car done for us - returning to the shop late on a Friday evening so we'd have it first thing in the morning for our trip. I would recommend Gerber (and particularly this location) without hesitation. THANKS!!

When we brought our Ford Focus to your shop in College Park, your employees were courteous, knowledgeable, and informative. I want to especially thank Ms. Perez, the “intake” person. Tthe most professional repair shop I have ever visited. Clean, friendly, kind and courteous. Estimate was less than expected, work was done in a timely manner, and car was returned looking brand new and meticiously clean inside and out. I was delightfully surprised. Certainly if I ever need work done again, this is where I will go. My son had recommended them to me and I am already recommending them to my friends!
