Please forgive the delay in responding to you. The last time I required bodywork on a car was about 12 years ago. The shop was in NJ, and was highly recommended by my insurance company. My repairs took one month, though the expectation was set to be less than half that. It was impossible to get staff on the phone who were knowledgeable about my job. I felt as though I was at their mercy because they were holding my car hostage. My experience with yourself and David couldn't have been more of a polar opposite of the above experience. From the moment I scheduled a quote with David, to the detailed explanation of the quote followed by the GM giving me a ride to the Metro - through the thoughtful status updates and dead on-time delivery of the job, I felt like an important customer who was treated as such. And, by the way, I'm thoroughly ... satisfied with the job, as well! David's experience in quotes was very obvious though his fast assessment of damages and required repair materials. I'm a bit attached to my autos, and I also got a sense that you and David were sympathetic to that. Please share this with your management, as I'd like the opportunity to give the both of you praise – as well as the workers on the back end who did such an excellent job! read more

"Dear Craig: I just picked up my 2005 Eclipse and I was blown away at the beautiful job done on my car. I love your shop. When I initially called to make the appointment, Perez showed genuine care over the telephone, even encouraging me to call the police to have the deductible lowered to $250. That saved me at least $250, plus rental savings. She assured me that "we'll take care of you," and indeed you all did. When I came into the shop, Dave did not look at my poor little car and "tsk" "tsk" me like the dealership did several years ago when they fixed the front end for the same reason. The dealership made me feel awful. Dave, on the other hand, kept telling me what a great car I had (even with the little dents and nicks) and was very knowledgeable with informatiion on fixing other things I wanted to ... improve. I could not afford the detail work at this time, but the inside of my car looks fantastic. I even called Perez after I got home to ask her what product was used to clean the inside as there was no odor! You have the best team there -- with Perez and Dave being the perfect people to interact with the public. Your shop people, although invisible to me, are obviously a quality team. This is my second experience with your shop. I was there before for the back end when I did a fender bender with a metal post. That was when your shop had another name. That paint has never chipped. And it matched better than what the dealership had done on the front. Plus, the dealership paint chipped. I called AMICA and raved about your shop to the agent -- she said she, too, had had her car at your shop and had the same experience. So, you are the manager, and the kudos go to you. The people at Gerber went above and beyond what I expected. They fixed my entire bumper! I had damage on both corners and Geico only paid to have the damage on the driver side fixed. Considering the way this year is turning out I was so surprised that I started crying in front of the young lady that helped me. It has been one thing after the other, this year - from my mother passing away (because of neglectful doctors) to almost losing my job (due to other people incompetence) - it took one small gesture to make me think that there are still some people around that cares.

Customer service was excellent. The technicians that repaired my vehicle returned my car took pride in their work. When I drove up to pick up my vehicle, I did not recognize my vehicle because of the wash and polishing job they did. My rear bumper looks FANTASTIC and blends in perfectly with the rest of the vehicle. On a scale of 1 - 10, 1 being the lowest and 10 the highest I rank this company a 10+. The staff was very kind and courteous. I didn't have any issues with them and their work however they didn't find a mechanical issue that I told them about prior and I had to show them. After they found it, they did repair it very quickly and I was satisfied with the job.

"From start to finish I had a great experience with Gerber Collision & Glass. The reason for me having my car worked on here was because of an accident , and refered to by the person who crashed in to my rear bumper's insurance. I'm glad I went here beacause it was a great experience overall. The workes are very professional , curtious , and make sure you understand everything from start to finish. Also they don't take long at all to get you back in ride I highly "wreck-ommend" them ."

All employees I spoke with were very nice and welcoming. I had a great first impression with the receptionist and a great lasting impression with the man who looked at my car. I hope I don't need any collision repairs I the future but if I do I will definitely be coming back. The building was very clean and relaxing and the staff were welcoming.

I was pleasantly surprised to find how wonderful this whole crazy mess turned out. I've heard such horror stories from my coworkers that had their cars repaired before (different car shops). They couldn't believe that you guys warranty the repairs for as long as I have my car. Everything was so simple from the time I dropped off my car to the time I picked it up. And you cleaned it on the inside and out. YOU GUYS ROCK!

The people at the Gambrills location have been FABULOUS! They have gone way above and beyond what was expected. Especially Trish. Not only did she take care of my situation in the most professional way, she contacted Enterprise for me and when Enterprise did not wait for me, she arranged a ride for me.
