When I brought the car in, I was greeted by everyone and felt very welcome to be there. The adjuster from GEICO was very helpful along with Al Barrett. They were very professional. I was given a fair estimate of the work, but I was very happy when I was notified that my car was ready. The price was well under what I was told, and the work on my car was impeccable. I will definitely refer Gerber Collision to family and friends.

Absolutely fantastic customer service and quality workmanship! I needed bumper/exhaust repair to my 2007 Lexus RX350 after being hit by someone at a stop light. The team at Gerber Collision (specifically Al and Cindy) alleviated any concern that I had with the repair process and quality of work. The paint match is flawless and the team diligently completed the repair in minimal time. I highly recommend consulting Gerber Collision for any repairs you may need no matter what make/model of vehicle you have! Rest assured you are in great hands!

I’d like to specifically thank Mr. Dennis Messer & Kimberly, who personally saw my project, from beginning to end, keeping me inform with any/all updates. Dennis also was instrumental in coordinating alternative transportation (arranging rental through USAA insurance), while my vehicle was being repaired. Not that I look forward to having any vehicle body work or glass repaired, in the future, but if the issue arises, I have complete confidence in where I’ll be having repairs completed, Jessup Gerber Collision & Glass. Highly rate the service I received as a 10. From the moment I arrived the service was quick and simple. Everyone was very professional and kind. I was kept informed routinely of the progress of the repairs and in fact I received my car well before the estimated time of completion. By the way great job on the repairs can't even tell I had an accident. It was such a convenience to have the rental car service steps away.
