Absolutely fantastic customer service and quality workmanship! I needed bumper/exhaust repair to my 2007 Lexus RX350 after being hit by someone at a stop light. The team at Gerber Collision (specifically Al and Cindy) alleviated any concern that I had with the repair process and quality of work. The paint match is flawless and the team diligently completed the repair in minimal time. I highly recommend consulting Gerber Collision for any repairs you may need no matter what make/model of vehicle you have! Rest assured you are in great hands!

I’d like to specifically thank Mr. Dennis Messer & Kimberly, who personally saw my project, from beginning to end, keeping me inform with any/all updates. Dennis also was instrumental in coordinating alternative transportation (arranging rental through USAA insurance), while my vehicle was being repaired. Not that I look forward to having any vehicle body work or glass repaired, in the future, but if the issue arises, I have complete confidence in where I’ll be having repairs completed, Jessup Gerber Collision & Glass. Highly rate the service I received as a 10. From the moment I arrived the service was quick and simple. Everyone was very professional and kind. I was kept informed routinely of the progress of the repairs and in fact I received my car well before the estimated time of completion. By the way great job on the repairs can't even tell I had an accident. It was such a convenience to have the rental car service steps away.

***OUSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE*** The entire team at Gerber Collision & Glass treated me fairly and provided me with the best service possible. My truck was in/out of the repair shop in record time. I expected a longer wait time for the repair but was extremely surprised in how smooth and quick the repairs were made (less than 3 days). Extremely Satisifed! I have sold cars for over 20 years and customers call me when they need a body repair and ask me whom to use. From now on, I am only recommending Gerber Collision in Laurel, MD! The service I received was fantastic from the front office to the quality of the work. Unfortunately this is the 2nd time I've had to have my truck worked on the first time was under an Allstate claim at the Airpark location which is now closed. I was happy to hear the same staff was now at the Snouffer School Rd location I knew I could trust them to get the job done. This time I was paying out of pocket they & made it painless as possible & got the job done quickly, I own a mechanic shop locally & refer my customers here with confidence!

I brought my car to the College Park shop and dealt with Craig Plucinski. He really helped me throughout the process of fixing up my car. Craig was very helpful in explaining what the problem was and provided continuous updates as my car was being taking care of. I was impressed with the overall customer service. In all, I had a great experience Craig and the Gerber Collision team and will definitely take my car back there in the future.
